US Immigration from France

We received earlier today the waiver for biometrics, but only for my daughter (she's 19)... Seems really weird but I want to stay 100% positive thinking that I should receive mine in a few. Does anyone know if this is something usual?

How long does it take for them to process the visa ?

Is it faster to pick up the visa in Paris location than to get the mail delivery option ?

Hi everyone, I married a US citizen while staying here with an ESTA in 2020 because I got stuck by Covid and didn't want to risk being separated. Anyway, I got my green card in April 2021 and it expires in 6months! Time to file for a renewal!
From what I gathered, I can file online and need to file the i-90 and i-751 forms and I can do it as soon as right now? is that it?

I m the beneficiary for my Fianc and I K1 visa, as most of you guys we ave been through a VERY VERY VERY VERY slow process for our I-129 to get approved (September 6th 2022). We got our NOA2 and we are still waiting for our NVC welcome letter its been 45 days!

My FIRST QUESTION is do we get this it by mail or email ?

We could see that the US Embassy in Paris France (I m French) is experiencing massive backlog according the their timeframe, so we anticipated and knowing that my Fianc e has a dual citizenship USA/Swiss we contacted the USA Embassy in Bern (interviews timeframe are 6days according their website) and they got back to us quickly and said that they are willing to take care of our case!!!

SECOND QUESTION how the f .. are we supposed to let NVC Know that we want our case send elsewhere knowing that the only way to reach them is they email inquiry that has a 2 months processing time??? Do you guys know if Is that any way we could ask them to change the Embassy directly once we receive our welcome letter and NVC Number through some kind of online platform?

Hello everybody,

With my husband, we requested an expedite at the NVC, which was accepted.

NVC sent our case to the Paris embassy on August 5th.

At this point, we still have no news about it. We sent an email to Paris and they said they didn't have our case yet. And when we asked NVC, they said they sent everything on August 5th.

My question is, how long after being expedite do we have to wait for my interview to be scheduled ?

What can we do to speed up the process because it starting to be very long at this point...
