US Immigration from Ethiopia

Have completed adoption procedures with child from overseas. Currently I'm living overseas. What is my next step for the child with Immigration? What is the process for getting the child to USA?

My wife a green card holder. We have adopted her niece, the adopted awarded by the courts in her country. Currently we are applying for my wifies US citizenship (N-440). With adding the child on the N-400, after my wife becomes a US citizen, will the child become a US Citizen? Or what is are next step?

My fiance had her k1visa interview in Addis Ababa Ethiopia on November 6th. She was approved, we have not received the visa as of yet. Today an Immigration Officer called and asked if she knew my ex wife's full name. She said no, so the Officer emailed me and asked for a document with her full name on it. Maybe the issue is my fiance's middle name us the same name as my ex wife's last name. Anyone ever experience this before?

Whenever we ask an expedition to IV and got denied, do you think the denial email will be sent to every email at NVC/CEAC or to just to the person who asked the expedition request? (either the Petitioner or the Applicant whoever asked)

So I got my i485 case denied a month ago, in the process of filing again. Also I am getting a new job offer...can I use my work permit i had from my now denied case or it will useless and just wait for the new one?
