US Immigration from Ethiopia

I live in Washington state and my boyfriend is from Ethiopia, he wants to come for vacation and visit me, since I ve traveled to visit him already a total of 3 times within the last 2years, is it hard to get a B2 visa for him to come from Ethiopia?

My CR1 for a wife just got approved by some kind of miracle which I am so grateful for.

Pd - 02/12/2020 and approved 03/31/2020. And it is already at NVC but I have another IR5 for my mother from 2018 Pd and Jan 2020 at NVC (got ref and resubmitted).

The question I have is can I start CR1 while IR5 still NVC or wait for IR5 to be as the Embassy?

Woudnt be a problem having 2 cases one for Mother and one for spouse at the same time(as long as I can afford to sponsor both)

On I-129f application is it ok to use P.O. Box for my mailing?

I am currently using CEAC to submit all the documents to NVC for me to be able to get an interview date. I am LPR filing for my spouse abroad, i am not using a lawyer after that i saw all steps are clear and easy and feel like i can do it by my own. I have uploaded and submitted my tax return transcripts 2018 & 2019 combined with their respective W-2s in the same file and submitted hand signed with blank ink form 864ez. Then after three days i found out that each document have to be submitted in its own file separate from others, then i decided to uploaded each file( if W-2s just only them, transcripts alone etc..) in the icon called additional document located below the required doc. I still wait for my spouse to get all the civil document(police cerificate, criminal record etc..) to complete all required fields.

Then my question is does the NVC officer will reject all the forms i combined on the same file or they will consider the one i uploaded correctly in the additional documents? Any idea or expereience will be appreciated
