Hello All,

We are sending in our i-751 package next week and we are anxious if we have enough evidence for smooth sailing.
Here is a list of what we are sending in. Do you think it's enough?

o I-751 Filing Fee ($750, G-1450)

o Completed and signed form I-751

o Copy of permanent resident card, front and back

o Evidence of continued bona fide marital relationship:

o Copy of our marriage certificate

o Copy of joint lease

o Copy of joint mortgage pre-approval letter

o Copy of our Driver License & State ID s showing same address (front & back)

o Copy of joint IRS tax return transcript from 2022 and 2023

o Copy of joint quarterly bank account statement till date

o Copy of joint medical, dental and vision insurance

o Copy of beneficiary designation for life insurance, 401k, and other employer benefits.

o Copy of utility bills

o Copy of joint Costco membership card and family HSA Card from Health Equity

o Photographs and travel itinerary for selected trips.

Thanks in advance guys.

Hello.

I am planning to file for removal of conditions next month and was wondering if I need to provide bank, credit card, and utility statement for every month since we started living together, or is it standard to send maybe every quatre.

If there are any general tips in document organization, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I couldn't find much information about it here, but apologies if I missed it somewhere. I'm currently waiting for my removal of conditions and for the past 3 years or so I've been going through the long and annoying process of getting the stamp In my pass yearly, you know calling the USCIS and waiting 30 days for someone to call me back to be able to schedule an infopass and go to the nearest office for that 1 stamp (long story short my conditional GC was lost/stolen in the mail, tried to get a replacement for free twice but did not work as tracking said delivered). Anyway my stamp expired in September, so I finally called USCIS today, went through the regular process and was told I will get a call in 30 days and gave me a number from where the call will come from, so I'll know it's not spam. Well, 2 hours later I'm driving and a call pops up ''USCIS'', I couldn't believe it and pulled on the side of the road with hazard lights because we all know you can't miss that call. This super nice gentleman explained to me (after all security questions and giving me the confirmation number I was given 2 hours ago) that they can send me a document in the mail, I was so in shock that I don't remember what was it called, i-something, that is like a temporary green card document (?) for people waiting on their actual green cards. I was like huhhh, how come I have never heard about it and he told me it is very new and they just started doing it this month (or last month). He explained the request is sent to my field office who will look over my case and mail the document to me, probably in the next 15 days, so I don't have to go to the office at all. I also confirmed how long is it valid (because my extension letter expires in like 2 months) and he said usually for a year and yes I can travel with just this document + passport. I also received an e-mail right after the call that my request was sent to Tampa. I could not believe it, does anyone know any more information about this? Or has recently gotten the same thing? I hope there was no misunderstanding and I actually do not have to wait a month for a 2 hour drive for 1 stamp.

File Form I-864 or Form I-864EZ

Hello

I am at the NVC stage and I am wondering if I am to submit for I-864 or Form I-864EZ.

I have only one applicant immigrating, make over 2x the poverty guidelines ish (from salary only) for our household size (2) and need no joint sponsor.

It seems l can file the I-864EZ, but from experience do you think I should stick with it or not?

I have heard so much controversy about this form. What's your advice?

I am sure everyone can see the new update on USCIS account showing estimated time for USCIS to make a decision on case. Is this a useful timeline? Or is it just one of those things?

Where do you think this info is from?

Should we take it seriously?
