US Immigration from England

Hi- Asking for some experience here... once my fiance gets to Chicago, we will obviously need to do the courthouse wedding within 90 days. We are hoping to save giving each other the rings until the actual wedding we want to plan with our family and friends a year later. I assume you dont need the rings at the courthouse ceremony to have it be done? Any recent experience with courthouse weddings/process? We are looking at more of a paperwork/formality

Hi - As we are are prepping ahead..I know England wont let you go to the US without a return ticket. How do you tell the airline I'm coming on an immigration Visa with no return? Once he moves here for good, he wont be going back for a while!

It is almost the time to fill out taxes for my husband and I have a few questions.

I arrived to the USA end of September 2019 with a K1 visa and we got married in October.

I cant work at the moment as I am still waiting EAD and Green card.

My husband would like to use turbotax to file his taxes. Do we need to file jointly?

I have also a foreign account that had over 10000$ before I moved to the USA during 2019. Do I need to file FBAR? I am not sure if I am considered as American yet (according residency test).

I've done some research and I want to confirm timing as I'm reading many different things. Once my fiance gets the approved visa/passport back in the mail at his house, he has 6 months to move to Chicago, then once he lands at O'Hare, 90 days to get married? Obviously he will move way quicker than that but wanted to ask.
