Husband went to interview, gave all required documents. He was to wait for Medical exam to be completed to issue the visa which he was going to take a week after the interview. Officer said once you complete medical exams, turn in your passport. 1 week passes and he completes medical and turns in passport. Within 15 days of everything being completed. He receives a letter of his visa being denied. He was in removal proceedings, we were able to reopen the case and it got successfully TERMINATED and we were able to file a I-601A waiver and it was APPROVED. Now the officer is saying he was deported. Which is false he was never deported only entered the U.S once. We have been in contact with them that they have denied the visa wrongfully.

My wife (USC) is petitioner for my son and myself, we 3 live outside US and planning on moving to the US ( just got IR1 and my son IR2). Question is, on our POE does my wife need to travel with us, or Can i and my son travel without my wife ?( its hard for her to travel right now because of medical condition). The idea is for us just to get our i551 stamped on USA and come back after a few weeks to wait on our origin country for a while for my wife to recover and for SSN and GC to arrive at US address. Your help would be much appreciated.

Hello , I have a few questions if someone can be kind enough to help me out My husband fail his drug test on October 2019 and was required to stay in El Salvador for a year. He pass the drug test with his doctor on November 16, 2020 so the embassy contacted him saying he would have a new interview on December 28, 2020. We were both so emotional that we would have our family back and he would meet our new baby girl after a year BUT when he goes to the interview they told him, he would have to renew form ( l-160 )!! On September 4, 2021 we got approved and his instructions were to sent his passport and police records to the embassy and to redo his doctor exams which he did on October 21, 2021 and he sent the police records on October 22, 2021 and we ve been calling and emailing the embassy to ask them what s our next step and they tell us to wait ? Will we need to do a interview or would he just need to wait for his passport and I will finally get to see my husband? Also it s been 2 weeks and I still haven t heard anything from them.

My brother went to his interview on August 27th with a new joint sponsor. I was the household sponsor but was furloughed last yr. During the interview the officer asked about the new joint sponsor and said everything looked good and that he would keep his passport but my brother was missing the medical exam (medical exam was scheduled September 14th). He turned in the medical and passport on September 17th. After the interview on August 28th I logged in to ceac.state.gov website and it was asking for 1864EZ. That totally confused us since we have a joint sponsor and my father doesn't work (we provided an explanation letter along with his signed 1864 form last year) Has anyone gone though this? We resubmitted the joint sponsor info in the 1864ez request. We have not gotten an approval and is under administrative processing. I emailed the embassy with no response of any kind. Any input would be appreciated.
