Our I-130 was approved by USCIS and we are now at the beginning of the NVC process. When do I need to submit the I-212 waiver?

A little background info: My dad entered the US in 88 asking for asylum but was given a deportation order instead and he never left but was under TPS for a while until 2007 when he could no longer pay for it and was arrested and finally deported back home in 2008. He was given a 10 year ban and when that expired that is when we started the I-130 process.

Hi everyone, I'm asking this on behalf of a friend. She moved earlier this year, changing states, and hasn't yet updated her driver license due to COVID-19 restrictions. I'm helping her prepare her N-400 and told her how to request her IRS tax transcripts. For 2019, her income was below the required threshold to file, and I'm seeing other posts on the forum like this one where people suggest requesting a wage and income transcript to demonstrate that the applicant wasn't required to file.

Per the IRS website:

Individual taxpayers may use Get Transcript Online to view a masked transcript immediately or order one by mail for delivery to their address of record. Taxpayers may request an unmasked Wage & Income transcript for tax preparation. The unmasked transcript will be mailed to the taxpayer s address of record.

Because she moved earlier this year, I'm assuming her new address isn't on file with the IRS. I'm wondering if it's still possible for her to request her normal tax return transcripts for prior years and wage and income transcript for 2019 to be sent to her new address.

I hope this is a good forum to post in since it's more of a general question. In this particular case, I'm asking on behalf of a friend who is gathering her documents to apply for her N-400 naturalization. She moved states early in the coronavirus pandemic and as a result has not been able to update her driver license to her new address/state. Everything else, such as documents about her child's school enrollment, utility bills, lease, et cetera, reflects the new, correct address.

My understanding is that the Texas DPS (DMV) has reopened for appointments, so I will encourage her to double check that and make an appointment. For the submission of the N-400 itself, does one need to upload a copy of the state ID/DL specifically, or just any ID (such as green card and foreign passport)? If the requirement to show the state ID/DL is during the N-400 interview as opposed to the initial application, I will encourage her to submit as soon as possible. Hello I got DQ July 15th for my brother who is under 21 and unmarried. What is the wait time to receive appointment date?

My partner arrived in the US using a K1 visa on 3/18/2020. We got married soon after and filed our Adjustment of Status packet within 90 days of his arrival. We received our NOA 1 on June 18, 2020, but we have not yet received information regarding his biometrics appointment. I'm assuming this is because of Covid-19 delays, but I'm worried we're missing something. Are others experiencing delays with their biometrics appointment? Thank you!
