Case received and 18 month extension letter received 02/21/2019

10/12/2019 Fingerprint Review was completed.

01/20/2020 RFE received.

03/15/2020 My response to RFE was received according to UPS tracking number.

But since then still have not heard anything back and the latest update on my USCIS is still fingerprint review was completed from 10/12/2019, Nothing about the RFE even showing.

Is information about RFE showing for anyone else??

Has anyone received an RFE from the Nebraska Service Center latley and could you share how long for you to hear back?

Sorry, I am filling out the affidavit now and wanted to know should I put my adjusted gross income income for 2017, 2018, 2019 or my earnings. I had a foreign earnings exemption up until the last quarter of 2019. So, 2017 2018 adjusted is 0 because of the exemption and the 2019 is only 20K. Although my total annual salary is 80K and I have 7 months of pay stubs reflecting that. I have also some property assets which I could include around 350K. What to do?

Does anyone have an update on this case? I am filling out the affidavit and am not sure what to put in the earnings for 2017-2018-2019. I lived abroad for over a decade and filed taxes but received an exemption. So, while the earned is between 100-120K depending on the year, the adjusted gross is 0. For 2019, I moved back to US and have earnings from August until now. So, it shows 20K for my adjusted for 2019 and so does my W-2. My pay stubs reflect 7 months of earnings at my current salary rate: 80K. I am worried about being rejected if I put '0' for 2016 and 2017 and only $20K for 2019. How should I proceed?

Hi everyone. I am about to submit the affidavit of support for my alien spouse. Per my household size, I have to have a minimum income of 55K. I make a little over 80K before taxes and 72K after taxes. I have my tax transcript from 2019, 6 months of pay stubs, and letter from my empoyer. I also own some property and have some savings. Should I submit the affidavt 864EZ or the normal 864? And should I add info on my property and savings? Not sure what is best as I don't have the option of a joint sponsor. Maybe I am overthinking.

How do I properly fix an error on DS 160 to follow through to the interview. I know that I can re-enter the visa application and fix the mistake and resubmit, but then what? How do I handle confirmation pages? Do I need to contact the Embassy? Interview is scheduled. What do I need to do? Really stressing this.
