Would like to ask about the Affidavit letter, could it be from non USC nor a resident in the US, for example from my sister that is visiting in the US?

Am in the process of compiling my I751 form and documents therefore, am here more often to ask. Also If there are some folks that due to file by end April or around this time maybe we can

share our thoughts and experiences.

Maybe unrelated, but I have lost my job in January and I am an LPR, I avoided applying for unemployment so far but finding a job has been near impossible and I'm running out of savings and emergency cash, does unemployment classify as public charges?

We will file for ROC in April, and would like to start working on our package, was wondering what is the best way to put the package together?

Like what sort file should we get? We just wanna make it easy for the immigration Officer easy to go through it.

Also so far the available form edition is 12/02/2019 is this the one to use?

Hello everyone. I m 28.5 years old and currently out of status for 3 years and a half. I was previously on a G-4 visa which expired after I turned 25. I m currently married to a us citizen. I was 26 and 3 months old when we got married. So I was out of status for a year and 3 months. We ve been married almost 2.5 years now. Since marriage I ve been doing my best, alone, to prepare my adjustment of status package and gather required documents and such. My current step is waiting for the amendment of last year s tax return for my wife, after it was filed as single to married because of a mistake on the preparers part. Then I can use it along with this year s tax return after we receive it to include in form I-864. So my question is should I wait, we re talking about 8-10 weeks, until I receive the tax returns and file the whole package together, I-130 and I-485 and all other required forms, or can I just file I-130 now and wait until I can file I-485? If I file I-130 by itself am I subject to removal proceedings Or deportation?

Any one have an idea about F3 predicted progress after the COVID19 situation?

Will the priority date progress, stagnate or retrograde?
