US Immigration from Egypt

Currently my wife lives in US with our 6-months twins, she does not work.

Her step dad is the only joint sponsor and he makes enough income to sponsor me.

Which papers should we submit to NVC with I-864 for my wife and her step dad. That for CR1.

I've had my wife's case filed in March 2019 and was assigned to Nebraska Service Center. Like many others, it was transferred to Vermont in February 2020 without any changes since.

Im checking the processing times for VSC and it shows the date of June 2018 as grounds for a case inquiry, whereas Nebraska shows March 2019. This is also reflected on the listed duration to process an I-130 for spouse.

I know they were affirmative about the transfer not causing any delays for the application and whatnot, but it seems otherwise so far. So keeping that in mind, if i were to request a case inquiry, do you reckon i go off of the estimates of the original service center, or the one with the current jurisdiction?

My case status is we cancelled the request for additional evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number xxxxxx

Hello everyone,

Last month I was sent my packet 4 email and paid the visa fee and was able to schedule an interview for July 22nd which got us very hopeful since we didn't think they'd have appointments open anytime soon because they cancelled all appointment in March but I was able to get July 22nd and unfortunately 5 days ago I got THAT email.

I then emailed the embassy in Cairo to make sure that I don't have to do anything right now and this was their reply ( email #2 ).

I know it's a long shot but does anyone have any predictions or thoughts of when they might resume routine visa services? ( Egypt or elsewhere ) because if it takes too long my Fiancee will come visit as soon as international traveling in Egypt is back since we haven't seen each other in exactly 1 year and I'm sure a lot of people are going through the same thing and it's become unbearable for us we're dying to be together.

Do these members still have interviews scheduled? I know our interview for July 1 has been cancelled due to ongoing closure of the Embassy. Any discussion about this is appreciated.
