Hello everyone, we were tired of their lack of transparency or any updates so we emailed them this
next day they gave us a reply that we had no answer to:
The issue is that we haven't had the option to schedule an interview for months now and when I logged in nothing changed so how are we suppose to schedule one? are we the only ones who don't have these options in their dashboard or do you guys have the same problem on ustraveldocs ?
We were hoping for a reply that would be much more specific than this but this is how they replied:
What do they mean by keep trying? how else are we suppose to schedule ? My only hope is they mean it will be open for scheduling soon and to keep looking for it.
