US Immigration from Egypt

Hello!

I plan on visiting my fianc in March. I understand there is a new Covid test requirement, that you need to have it 1 calendar day before the flight. So, I just want to be sure of the timeline. For example, my flight coming back to the US is Monday at 6 am (departure). I should have taken the test Sunday after 8 am and have the result the same day?

Just curious on what your opinion is. I've been wondering usually the counselor officer has already made their decision even prior to the interview? Like if they look over the case and then go into the interview already feeling a certain way

my parents are 75+ years old and they may stay outside USA for more than 6 months due to some health issues

is there anyway to request exception for them? and how?

My American brother :) has applied for I-130 for me at JUN 2019 and he received first letter which stamped from California center that we received bla bla.

The receipt number is IOE, and we got an approval letter DEC 2021 and we got case and invoice number from NVC and portal link to follow up the visa process over there.

The portal as of now has no instruction for me to do, and it mention visa type is F41 and my sons and spouse data

I know that NVC is responsible to prepare me for the interview

The very famous question is WHEN?

Am little confused also for my others brothers who applied three years before me at 2016 and their receipt number start with WAC which is not electronic processed like me HOWEVER i got the approval and they are not till now!!

so the processing time we hear about which take long time is start from USCIS until petition approval OR once the NVC get the petition approval until interview?? "I hope first choice lol"

Hello everyone, I have a question my case for cr1 has been DQ at nvc. About how long after will I get an interview? I will have the interview in Cairo Egypt. Just wondering about how long til I'll get an interview. Also are they even doing interviews? I don't know how to find all of this.
