US Immigration from Ecuador

I'm applying for my fiancee and my marriage license in Florida, and I had a question concerning her address. She and her mom are staying with me at our apartment, and I have already gotten her set up on my bank account and with a cell phone. But technically she is not yet a resident, because she will be applying for adjustment of status after we get married Saturday.

So my question is, which address should I give for her? Her address in Ecuador (since officially she's still a resident) or our address here in Florida (since it's where she is actually located and will be living)?

I'd like to get some answers and ideas from you, I'll really appreciate it.

So, I applied for form I-131 reentry permit on Sept 29th 2019, I did my biometrics today October 29th 2019. I also asked to expedite the process.

My mother is having surgery back in my home country and I really need to be there, that's why I expedited the process too. I'm wondering, do I need to leave the country with this permit?

Will they send it to my mailing address or do I have to pick it up? because if they mail it, I can have my brother send it to me to my home country.

I am confused about where I am supposed to add my joint sponsor's spouse's information in CEAC. I understand that "household member" refers only to the petitioner's household member, not the sponsor's. I have read many times that I should upload an I-864A and domicile/status info for my joint sponsor's spouse, not because we need to prove extra income, but because the consulate often requests this info. Where is the best place to upload these docs?
