US Immigration from Ecuador

Hi !

My case just went "ready" (K1) but my income might not be enough so my father is going to co-sponsor. He made enough money and I also have a house where I receive rent.

My question is how do I add/put how much my assets are worth and also if my father's pays stubs are needed it or only his tax returns?

I am not sure which tab this is supposed to go under: My partner and I filed for the k1 visa in October 2020

The representative I spoke with said that he sees this all the time and it is very common. He also said that they cannot do a hard inquiry on my case until it has past 180 days without movement. I'm seeing things about letting our case expire? Has anyone dealt with this? Any advice on what to do from here? Thank you in advanced.

My Fianc e and I had a little baby girl last December in Ecuador, today her US Passport and CRBA arrived at the consulate, I ve seen people use CRBA as an expedite reason. I m currently abroad in Ecuador with them and having trouble finding a job. But I don t want to go back without them, I already have a job in the US and have family willing to joint or co sponsor if needed, was wondering how expedite through CRBA works? Anything helps TIA

I m a Naturalized US Citizen. My sister and her family entered on a B1/B2 Visa 3 years ago and over stayed.
Are there any provisions for them to gain some temporary rights during their wait for their residency after they apply?
They entered legally, are here and are waiting for their legal status to be changed. If they could have some benefit during their wait (which will be years) that would be great.

Does the Guayaquil Ecuador embassy accept joint sponsors? My fianc 's cousin is willing to be a. Sponsor. I might have a job lined up soon but I've been unemployed since the pandemic .
