US Immigration from Dominican Republic

I petitioned for my four stepchildren on February 2020 and I already received notice of approval for the two boys on July 15. One was processed in CA and the other was processed in Texas. The other two (twins girls) was sent to Vermont and I have not received anything. I didn't know that the petitions were separated and sent to different locations when filed online and at the same time.

I looked at the timeline for Vermont and it says processing times 20.5 months. The boys paperwork is moving right along but the girls' is not. I would like all the kids to come to the US at the same time and I want travel to the DR one time only for the consulate interview for all four kids. Will this be possible if I still have not received anything for the girls?

He wants to petition for his wife and son. He would like to know what would be the fees and does his son and wife go on two different applications, he son is under 2 years old. They know the application is 535 , they are curious if the fee doubles for the child or it's included with the mother's application as well when filing for AOS because he is a minor do they just included it under the mom's paper work.

So, I had a DUI about 8 years ago, and I am currently putting together a K-1 Visa package together as the petitioner. I am trying to get my court records to send along with the package; however, the offices are currently closed, due to COVID-19 of course, and they do have an E-mail option. My question is would the E-mailed certified copies be sufficient for the package, or would it be no different from if I just printed them out on my own. I appreciate any help with this matter.

Has anyone from Orlando, FL already an scheduled interview?

My wife has had her work permit for a few months now and lucky throughout all the covid craziness has landed herself her first American job.

She recently got pa ses and we noticed that her taxes might not be correct. They are taking out social security and Medicare taxes. But from my knowledge there is another percentage that needs to be taken out but for her it states zero. And when I filled her paper work I filled as married and we have zero dependents as we have no kids and it's just me and her.

I am wondering if anyone else has seen or have had these issues and or how can we go about correcting this on her paper work so her next pay cycle can reflect correctly. I know that sometimes for non residents there's a different process or a certain amount they do or don't take out. Can anyone give me some insight on this as I am afraid it could effect me when I got to file taxes for the upcoming year.
