US Immigration from Dominican Republic

I have filled out these forms for my daughter (I-485 and I-944) and me (I-130a, I-485, I-864a and I-944). I still need to fill out I-765 and I-131 for both of us. My wife is a US citizen and we're all living together. I was informed by an attorney today that I need to fill out an I-864a for my daughter too, does this sound right? According to the instructions, I see this on page #2 of the instructions:

Since my daughter is a minor, doesn't have a job and doesn't even have a Social Security Number, how would I fill out the employment section? This doesn't make sense to me since my daughter doesn't have accompanying dependents.

Any help you can provide is really appreciated.

Does anyone have an example of a letter that shows you live in someones house? My husband and I live with my parents and I am not sure how my dad should set up the letter to acknowledge we live at his address. Thank you!

Hello all, I sent my i129f via ups. Its been 2.5 weeks and I haven't received an electronic notification or anything in the mail.. they haven't cashed my check either.. I made sure I followed instructions. Anyone else experienced this?

I'm in the process of filling out form I-944. The instructions I'm reading are very clear but I'm confused. My question is about Part. 2 Family Status (Your Household).

My wife, my daughter and I live together. I have other kids that live with their moms back in my home country. According to the instructions, I have to list them as part of my household because I provide "... at least 50% of financial support...", even though they're not physically living with us. So, do I really have to include my other kids in the total number of household members? It's my understanding that a household is just people that are family and are living under the same roof but according to USCIS, it looks like it's anyone that depends on another.

I really appreciate your help with my question.
