Hello to all. I currently have a pending I-751 petition to remove conditions on residence. I also received the I-797 Notice of action to that petition. Am I allowed to travel aboard and return to the United States with my passport, expired green card and the notice of action? thanks in advance!!

Hello All, I want to ask my if k-1 visas are being processed I cannot find clear cut answers. My fianc already did the interview. It went to administrative processing. Plus the medical was still pending. During that his medical came back and there was an issue. They gave us a year. November 1st he was to repeat the medical in SDO. My question is. Are they doing medical exams? If everything comes out fine would his visa be able to be processed? At the interview they told us we do not need to repeat the interview process again. My Fianc and I have been in this process for what seems like forever. Please do not go through our timeline and get freaked out. We have been one of a kind.

Hi guys , step 3 of the pre interview checklist for every applicant on travel.state.gov states for applicant to bring: Original or certified copies of birth certificates for all children of the principal applicant (even if he or she is not accompanying). Please from experience, Is this statement referring to only children who are immigrating and attending interview with the applicant? or to all children of applicant, regardless of if a visa was applied for them or not? How was this statement applied in reality for beneficiaries who attended interview alone and did not present a birth certificate of their children since their children were not immigrating with them or the children do not have a birth certificate yet for various reasons? Was there an issue for not presenting the birth certificates? Thanks guys for inputs.

We are ready to submit, but uncertain about why this is asking for additional evidence upon initial filing i.e.- school records, dna, census reports, etc. Have not heard of this requirement ever before. Any help greatly appreciated!!!
