Hi everyone, it's been a while since 'I've visited this fine establishment. I have my N-400 interview tomorrow and I have some concerns. I've been a legal permanent resident (though marriage to a US Citizen) since 2011 and an un-restricted one since 2013. My green card still has 2 years left on it and I never filed for the N-400 because I didn't have the funds or the need really to do so. However, My wife and I (though still legally married) separated in December of 2019, My brother gifted me the filing fee for my birthday last year and I filed in October of 2020. I'm not concerned about the civics test or the writing/oral exam, what I'm concerned about is what I need to bring to the interview, I understand that since I've been a permanent resident for more than 5 years that my marital status shouldn't matter. Am I right or should I be concerned? Thank you in advance for your help.

We finally have an interview date set. And the consulate sent the letter and it described that my husband needs the original birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport and d260 confirmation page. And that is it. Now, I ve been prepping a folder with my tax return transcripts, copies of our passports. I ve been going off the pre interview check list. Which has a lot more documents needed for interview date. I m nervous that he will get there and not have everything he needs. And I m not sure how to mail these documents to DR without them getting lost. Anybody have experience with this can give me some insight.

Hi all, I checked the USCIS website for their current processing times. It states they are currently processing cases with receipt date of September 2nd. My question is...is receipt date the day that they received it or do they consider your receipt date the noa1 date?

Good afternoon, I have a question regarding my mother's case, she has a IR5 pending, I am the petitioner, we sent the application on July 2020, it is at Vermont Service Center still pending approval, I would like her to visit us for 3 months or whatever the officer at the port of entry allow her to stay. Is that possible, are they going to allow her entry with I130 pending, by the way she has a valid us tourist visa for 10 years.
