US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hello everyone,

We have our interview coming up soon and been trying to get everything ready but been having issues locating where to upload updated background check and other documents I've uploaded a screenshot of how it looks when I login onto the CEAC portal and no luck finding where I can upload anything I've reach out to the visa help desk but they were no help the US embassy in Santo Domingo put out a notification saying applicants who do not upload this documents prior to the appointment will have their appointments rescheduled. Has anyone experienced this before or anyone has any ideal how I can upload these documents. Thanks in advance

Hey quick question so my current girlfriend mother got my girl her visa while she was a minor and her mom was already a citizen. My girlfriend was 13 at the time her became a citizen but was living abroad. her brought her to the united states on a green card. Since her mother got naturalized when she was a minor does she still needs to submit for naturalization her self or is she a citizen because of her mom?. We were thinking of submitting a N-600 application but would it be a waste of money? Or Should she submit an N-400?. She has been a GC holder for over 12 years now.

Hi everyone. I try to get someone to help me, my grandmother died last year, she was a US citizen, my father is the beneficiary of the petition, it is category F3. We called the NVC and they told us to send the death certificate, we sent it to them immediately. even the NVC rep was very nice. She asked my father if she wanted to continue with the petition and my father said yes, the representative asked us to follow the steps to continue with the humanitarian Reinstatement. after that the NVC sent us the case to the USCIS I could see it in uscis status, it took about 3 months to send the case back to the USCIS. I'll get to the point. We called a lawyer and he asked us for all the requirements to continue with the Reinstatement and immediately the lawyer sent everything to the USCIS. I want to know how long it takes to answer, get some answers

Im just curious on how long the it take you guys to become citizen from the time you submitted your application to the time you had your oath. I submitted August 2019 & i got my Oath August 20 2021.

so I m 2019 i submitted my i130 and it got approved .I did nothing with it (did not submit a waiver )

2021 i traveled with advance parole and was able to get a legal entry as i have DACA

MARCH 2021 i sent out my AOS PACKET BUT NVC SCHEDULED ME FOR CONSULAR

i contacted nvc and they said uscis will request the file back ?
many one in the same situation
