This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 case assignment from NVC and then tracking your case onwards to your Embassy.

needed to share my experience since it might being some peace to a few people! After going to the interview and not getting an approval I was very anxious and had a really bad time finding guidance online.

i had to wait a whole year to get my interview date scheduled for my I 751 (assuming because of COVID) finally on August 5th I had my interview and I was not approved. They said they needed to check some things.

Today finally after 2 months I received a notification that my card was being produced! No RFEs or second interviews!

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering, my husband and I received Notice from USCIS our case is being actively reviewed by USCIS on sept 4. If we get a Request for evidence how long after they received the information do they normally make a decision? Our 6 months date from the time we submitted is Oct 15. This waiting is killing me.

Hello! We had biometrics last week and case status now reads "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. This is the case status for the EAD and AOS cases.

Any idea on how long we can expect to wait for EAD?
