I was previously including a 2023 shipping dates chart that s created based off last years data, but I ve been told the shipping dates have changed this year and I have not located an accurate chart. In any case, they are sent every two weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so if anyone has an accurate shipping chart, please feel free to share it below!

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced having to get a replacement NOA1/Extension Letter? I've found lots of threads about missing NOA1 for K1 but my search wasn't showing anything for ROC.

We sent our paperwork 12/17 and received our confirmation text the following week with our receipt date of 12/19. Now, over 6 weeks later, still no NOA1 in the mail. We've never not received USCIS mail before. Also, we got the notification yesterday that my husband's biometrics are being reused so I know our case is processing....it seems like maybe the NOA1 got lost in the mail.

I submitted the online inquiry after 1 month on 1/20 and the email response said to expect a response by 2/21. I'm just wondering what sort of response I might get?

Will they send us a replacement, or are we going to have to go through some kind of process or pay some sort of outrageous fee? We are obviously anxious about all of this and the potential that we don't have the document in hand when my husband's green card expires next month.

Good morning I ve been reading and watching videos on the 6 steps for NVC but I see no mention of submitting additional evidence. Can someone shed light please I haven t seen anywhere if their is a choice to submit additional evidence or should I just bring that to interview. Thanking you in advance for your help.

Good afternoon recently got approved for my i130 looking to have all my paperwork ready for the affidavit. My question is what is the best way to claim my taxes for this year. As single or as married filing separate my spouse is still oversees and won t be filing any taxes at all. Thanks I m advance for your input.
