Good afternoon My case is on NVC already, I submitted all the paperwork on June 6 and I forgot the marriage certificate! On June 20 they send me an email saying to please submit the marriage certificate in which I did the same day. Does anyone knows how long NVC takes to review the resubmitted paperwork? Thank you in advance for the answers!

I go to court next month for another hearing in my divorce. The judge said the following: Defendant, who is from the Dominican Republic, alleged that, pursuant to the paperwork the parties had completed to sponsor Defendant s entry into the United States, Plaintiff was financially obligated to support her while she resided in the United States. What does that mean? She never aquired a green card and is out of status right now. How do I explain to the judge I'm not her sponsoer anymore? The 485 has been denied. She has no basis for being here anymore. I realize she an re-apply for wavier and try to self petition.

We finally filed our AOS with EAD and AP. I came on here to check how long everyone s EAD is taking to get a guesstimate, but still refer to USCIS processing times on their site. I see people are getting approved for their EAD in a 3 months or less, some I m seeing as a little as a month?! Are people lying on here or is USCIS skipping to the back of the line to improve their processing times?

So for reasons in life I don't need to explain right now I filed I-751 5 years late (don't judge, seen a case here that filed 10 yrs late and got approved) my case was accepted, finger prints were used again and I received a 24 month extension letter, still waiting for the 48 month one. In this time I had to come back to my country for a medical reason, now my question is how likely am I to go back and be admitted with this expired card and extension letter? @mindthegap would really appreciate your opinion and to the rest please don't judge, you don't know everything I have been through, I'm just looking for an opinion/advice.
