US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Im a newly graduated college student and unemployed at the moment. I am aware that I have to fill out an affidavit of support and have a joint sponsor as well. I see a few people saying it s necessary to write a letter explaining why I haven t filed tax returns in the last 3 years. Is this necessary for someone who was never employed?

Please help, is there a telephone number that I can call in order to ask CGIFEDERAL why am I locked out and can they reset my acct in order that I may finish the app, I was almost finished and my deadline is fast approaching

I am preparing to apply for U.S. citizenship under the 3 year rule and I have a question.
In the "Where have you lived" section, I enter my residence history as necessary.
My situation is that I have two addresses of family members that I used in the past as a mailing address, (now I have a POBOX) Do I have to enter those 2 addresses or can I ignore that?

I never lived there, i don't have any type of evidence (meaning Lease, etc...) but the addresses appear in my credit records as former address.
Given this information, what would you savvy people recommend?
Do I need to wait longer?

Riugh timeframe from when NVC sends expedited information to embassy? I was expedited through the NVC yesterday. Im wondering if the information gets emailed or mailed to the countrys embassy? When roughly will i get my letter/email giving me my interview date? Days? Weeks? At that time, can i pick my interview date or the embassy officer just gives me a date? Please advise. Thanks.

I Have once touched this topic before just need a refresher to see if its still possible to withdraw . The person I am sponsoring has not received there green card yet . But I called uscis yesterday and they told me it is not possible to withdraw does any one know if that's true. You know the people at the call center are not helpful sometimes lol,
