US Immigration from Dominican Republic

D-160 complete for everyone, fiance has two children. One has valid passport, the other one am waiting on the passport. Question is can I request the interview and ensure the date is far enough out that I have the other child's passport then add her to the same interview application, or do I need to wait to get the other passport in hand before requesting an interview.

I received an RFE on my i864. I am using my mom as a joint sponsor, and we live with her so it ll be form i864a. My question is if my stepdad needs to fill one out too because they file joint taxes? And on my i864 do I need to put my household size as 4? Since it s my mom, my husband, stepdad, and myself?

I finally got in touch with NVC! They gave me a new case number and an ID invoice number. What do I do with these? They told me I would receive an email when it left the NVC and then I can direct my calls to the embassy in SDQ. I already have an interview date so should I just be preparing?

My husband and I are waiting for our interview date at the embassy in Santo Domingo for the CR1. I haven't seen many people with interviews recently. I can't get in touch with the NVC or the embassy after several attempts. Our documents were qualified by the NVC on Sept 17. Does anyone have any recent interview dates and what was your timeline? We're almost 14 months since NOA1.

My EAD card was supposed to arrive tomorrow Wednesday. I have kept checking the USPS Tracking Number and it now says that they returned my Card to USCIS, because it could not be delivered, but I do not understand if I receive letters daily, my address is correct ... I was running to the Postal Mail and they could not do nothing because I was already on my way to (National Benefits Center)
