Hello everyone- still trying to perfect my petition here. So my fiance from Dominican republic, he has a very young son. The son stays with his mother and will not be coming to the US with his father. Should I still include him on our petition? Or not because he will not be coming? Thanks in advance!

Can my husband who is waiting for his AOS apply for Medicaid or would that be considered a public charge?

Hi guys.... I think I would get a bigger refund if I file "married filing separately". My husband started working in the USA in June 2019. He arrived in the USA on February 9th, 2019 so he has a conditional greencard. Do we need to file joint taxes or can we file separately as married without jeopardizing the permanent greencard application? We have a child together who was born recently in the USA. We have a joint credit and checking account. We also have a joint car insurance and we are both on our apartment lease. Isn't that enough evidence that we are a family?

So my stepchildren have green cards. They come here every 6 months and stay for like maybe a week and go back to Dominican Republic. So here s the thing when my husbands kids are here , he treats me very different and actually stays in hotel with his kids . Also the reason his kids haven t moved here yet is because his daughter is going to college to be a doctor in her country . My question is they have not established residency here in the United states and I believe my husband is planning once his daughter finishes school for her to come here than his daughter will file for his ex wife to come over here . In the mean time is there anything I can do since they basically are not living here in the US. I know the last time they came for visit they were questioned why they don t stay long when they come . I just don t want to be taken advantage of , which it seems I have been used Any help would be appreciated . Thank you
