US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hi guys,

With all this coronavirus many questions arise! If my husband is left without a job, can he apply for health insurance and unemployment? I'm waiting for the interview date ... Many people have been fired and suspended from work

I am almost done with my spouse's AOS application. My question is...Do I have to fill out two separate I-944 forms, one for me and another for my spouse? It doesn't mention filling out the I-944 here: https://www.visajourney.com/forms/adjustment-of-status/ No disrespect, but it should be updated.

I'm sure this question has been asked already. So I was on day 95 when this virus hit, so the fact that California is shut down I'm guessing that includes everything? Just asking.

My wife and I are at stage two on behalf of the kids. I petitioned USCIS for my three stepkids (they each just received case numbers through NVC: their ages are 19, 17, and 4. Separate petitions. My income meets the guidelines without the need of a co-sponsor. I'm pretty sure that I would file the I-864EZ since there are no derivatives. Just making sure that we file the right form.
