US Immigration from Dominican Republic

Hello everyone,

My cousin is the primary beneficiary on a category F3 (married son of US Citizen) petition.

Now that the case is at the consulate (Santo Domingo), he is in need of removing his wife from the process.

How should he go about getting this done?

I received a document from USCIS titled 1-797 Notice of Action, where it says that that my petition (i-130 petition for alien relative, unmarried son or daughter 21 or older ) has been approved.

My question is simple:

What s next?

Has anything changed due the COVID19?

The notice also says that the NV will contact the beneficiary, but where? I suppose he will be contacted at his address, which is outside United States, but he came here more than a month ago to visit me and got stranded due the covid19, and suspect he will be here for couple of months more?

So what should I do in this case?

Petition case approved and he here in the United States?

I had to resubmit documents to NVC it took 2 months after resubmitting corrected document..

It says all documents approved but now in the message center it says FE review submit termination divorce document from myself and former spouse.. where do I submit document since I cannot reopen file to send document and what does that mean since all other documents are approved? Will they still send interview date? Thank you.

Is it normal to receive a RFE on i-485 even though biometrics have not been done due to CO-VID 19. This means they are still processing applications, correct?

I have heard people are being mailed their green cards without an interview due to the backup and closure with COVID19. Does anyone know if this is true? Is it only for people who were interview ready? My husband is waiting for his fingerprint appointment but has been fingerprinted within the past year and has fingerprints on record as this is his fourth visa and entry into the united states. thanks in advance.
