How long does a RFE normally take?

Petitions for stepkids have been accepted marked documentarly qualified since March 30. In queue for an interview. We are moving this week and submitted the change of address for all petions online through UCSIS, we input the receipt numbers. https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do

Since NVC has it, do we need to submit another change through them with case numbers or is it handled through one system? We received a confirmation email that the request was submitted. Thanks.

Hi, I would like to use my property as an asset to supplement income. The instructions say I must provide a recent appraisal report. Obtaining one of these is costly and time consuming when at this time I have no reason for one other than USCIS says it is needed for this asset. Has anyone had to do this or can I provide my real estate tax assessment invoice to show market value? Thanks.

I am about to start I-130 form for my mother but I changed my name during naturalization last year, I am using only my husband's family name now.

What documents should I submit so they can see the person on my birth certificate and on my naturalization certificate is the same person?

Should we translate all the documents if my mother will be interviewed in Dominican Republic?

I received RFE May 27, 2020. I mailed out the requested documents Saturday 6/6/2020. USCIS received RFE Monday 6/9/2020. The Case Status date was 6/9/2020 until after, I uploaded my first document which was a Bank Statement letter. Has that ever happen once the document has been uploaded in the document tab for the case status date to change? * Today is the 29th but the date in USCIS is 30th.* Please advise.
