US Immigration from Dominican Republic

I received a Request for Evidence Notice on May 27, 2020. USCIS requested that I submit a photocopy of the marriage certificate that has been issued or recorded with the Haitian National Archives. I am the Petitioner and a United States Citizen, my husband and I got married in the Bahamas. Why are they requesting marriage certificate to be recorded with the Haitian National Archives? please advise.

Good afternoon, I have a doubt. In my last year income I was below of the poverty guidelines, I was advised that due now that my current income meets the guidelines because I have a second job, I could use it without a sponsor. The NVC accepted all my documents I am only waiting for a interview in my husband s country. My question is; if my affidavit of support was accepted, do I need to worry it might get denied on the interview, and should I still think of getting a joint sponsor. Thanks

Huge problem that may not be huge. When we filled out the I-130 to petition for my wife s mother, in the question that says if she has used any other names in the past or now, we answered with n/a . Then as we were filling out the DS-260, the same question appeared. Then it came to mind that she is known by many by a nickname other than her actual name (legal name). Even her fb has that nickname and I feel terrible that we made that mistake of not saying that, but it just didn t come to mind. What will happen if we now on the DS-260 simple do the same as the I-130 and put n/a again to keep it consistent? Or what is recommended instead?

So I just received my NOA1 in the mail today. I see multiple dates listed in the letter such as received date and notice date. Which date is considered the official date of NOA1? Received date, notice date, or date received in the mail?

When answering the question regarding immediate relatives living in the US, I selected no but later realized that fianc s are considered immediate relatives on the form. Should I resubmit the form or will be fine?
