US Immigration from Dominican Republic

My husband has 4 months in the US already, due to the Covid-19 he has not received his social security card or resident card/ID . So I call USCIS trying to get any info or updates, the representative told me that his resident card should be arriving by July 7th but she also told me that she doesnt see anything about his Social Security card, she told me that I have to fill out form I-765 for him.

I thought that form I-130 gives him a social security card? Or do I really have to fill out form I-765 (form cost $495)

Our fingerprints appointment at the Service Center was canceled because of the Covid-19 closures. But our timeline estimates that my husband s EAD will be processed by August 6. so can they process the EAD without the fingerprints appointment? Or do we have to wait for them to issue a new appointment and then wait even longer for the EAD

A friend of mine was here with a J1 visa working for the past summer, he did close (a mistake) his bank account and put my address to receive his income tax check.

he want's me to put the check in my account so i give the money to her, i have no problem with that, but... how do i do that?

he can not travel back to US because he has no visa.

Someone told me that he must sigh the back with his name and my name and to send two identifications

how true is that?

So I just finally got married June 6th week before his 90 day expired. Now today I got laid off. How long can I wait to file I485 plus all these delays do not help ..

So we submitted the affidavit of support for my wife s mother, the beneficiary. It was under my name for the supporting side since I made more than enough to support both her parents, but due to COVID-19, my company laid off hundreds around the country including me. I had already submitted the paperwork before I was laid off. What will happen now? Is NVC in understanding that this is something that I m sure is happening to thousands of people? They told me they will call me back to work once they recuperate the losses and get back to normal. (Yes my wife submitted one I-864 too, but she s unemployed).
