US Immigration from Denmark

Hi everyone

Generally nervous about these things but if the official USCIS instructions say to only attach your form I-551, which is my green card, front and back, thats all I need to attach, correct? Have read a variety of things on different blogs and what not but this is the only official instruction that I can find.

If you are applying for: a. Reentry Permit You must attach: (1) A copy of the front and back of your Form I-551; or (2) If you have not yet received your Form I-551, a copy of the biographic pages of your passport and a copy of the visa page showing your initial admission as a lawful permanent resident, or other evidence that you are a lawful permanent resident; or (3) A copy of the Form I-797, Notice of Action, approval notice of an application for replacement of your Form I-551 or temporary evidence of lawful permanent resident status.

Also is there no way to pay the fee online? Do I have to use a G-1450 form and attach that? Seems a hassle, and less secure to me

I just got an RFE 15 Months after we applied to remove conditions, stating they received my application in April 2019, but need evidence from November 2019 - Present on Bonified Marriage.

I do not think that is how dates work....

I was wondering if owning a firearm - of course legally - would affect me being considered for citizenship?

Does anybody have any experience or knowledge on this?

I'm currently awaiting my citizenship interview in the state of NJ but of course it has been slowed down due to everything going on.

So we're just waiting for the letter to arrive after our case was approved.

I'm reading that we have to send them birth certificate, marriage certificate, military papers and so on.

We're applying from Denmark thru the Swedish Embassy in Stockholm.

The question is:

Do we have to translate anything since everything is in Danish and the website states:

Please note that all documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country from which you are applying, must be accompanied by certified translations.

We're a little split between translating everything to English or keeping them in Danish since we are applying from Denmark and everything is in Danish which is the official language - which the USCIS guide states.

But since the embassy is in Sweden we're not sure Danish will be sufficient.

Has anyone else had a similar situation and can help clear this up?

Normally DMV require you to change your licence to a California licence 10 days after becoming a resident in California.

However the COVID19 situation have placed DMV under state vide closure for personal visits.

I called the DMV and was advised the provision currently does not apply and i can go about and use my international licence at present .

I was requesting a link to anything in vriting stating this fact but was advised police officers do already have this information ..

would you drive - during these circumstances- anyone with different experience or information .
