Dear all, I'd like to ask where in the I-129F form should the Beneficiary mention dual citizenship? Should it be added through Part 8. Additional information? Moreover, if both Beneficiary and Petitioner need to add more information in Part 8, should it be on separate sheets - as in, separate sheet with Petitioners name (top of the sheet) and his/her information, and separate sheet with Beneficiary's name and his/her information? Thank you

As the title says, my husband just lost his job and we are in the middle of CR1 process (I-130 sent on Aug 3rd, we're at VSC and under "active review" rn). I'm not panicking (yet), since he already has like 3 options for a new job, but there will most likely be a period of a couple of days/weeks where he will not have a job. He will not collect unemployment, because he was made to resign (and he knows that that would be a problem because of the immigrtion). So lets say we get approved in two-ish months (I hope) and go to NVC and hopefully by then he'll have a new job (they're all above the recquired amount) and he will send his taxes from the last three years from his old job and maybe pay stubs from the new job that will most likely be less than before (but still above what's recquired) - could they see that as an issue? Could they see that he didnt work for a few weeks and see that as an issue? Is there some limit to that, eg. he cannot be unemployed for more than x amount of time? (not on unemployment, he will not be getting anything fro the government!) I'm thinking it shouldn't be a deal breaker as long as he finds a new job quick, but one never knows with this whole process, which is why I'm asking - I don't know what I don't know Thank you!

Hello I came to US on K1 visa, did my AOS and my ROC send-in date is coming soon (in a month). My husband is active duty and we will be moving overseas next year. We don't have the orders yet. Does anyone have experience with expediting their case for financial hardship while overseas? I've just found out that for the interview and if I need extension stamp for my ROC, I will have to go to USA. I know ROC takes different times each case but I know sometimes it can take over year (and longer) and I am stressing out about it. There is no way I can come here so often to get my stamp in my passport. I won't have orders on time to send them with my ROC as army takes forever. Anyone had to deal with this? I would be grateful for any experience anyone might have TIA

So I just sent an AOS packet few days ago, now I am worried. Was I supposed to include the DS-3025? I have the copy but I was under the impression that the POE CBP would send the yellow packet to the USCIS which included my medical. Help please, I am really shitting bricks rn.

Hello We have been struggling with the pictures for a while so I hope someone will be able to help here . We took our pictures twice, we tried my DSLR camera and a phone, but our problem is getting it to the right size. They say 2x2 inches but I believe the actual physical size depends on the printer they use and it's DPI? And how the hell am I supposed to know that... I tried some of the online tools, but the pictures downloaded in 1200x1200 pixels which I am convinced is not the right size even though they promised 2x2 inch pictures. So I also tried resizing them in Paint, the DPI of the pictures said 96 so I went with 192 pixels which produced a picture of the correct size (according to the travel.gov website where they provide a square that is 2x2 inches to compare your photo to and my pictures were the exact same size so yay), but the quality is much lower and idk if it's good enough - it looks ok, untill I zoom in - but then it will eventually be printed small anyways so maybe it doesnt matter? Obviously its a picture of 192x192 pixels so logically the quality will be poor. (and to add more complexity, I did the same with the phone pictures, their size is the same as the one's I took with my camera, but now I checked and the DPI says 72, not 96, so what the heck) What if I just give them the 1200x1200 pixels sqare pictures? Will I get an RFE or will they print it just fine?. I know I could print the pictures myself and then scan them, but that seems like extra steps we shouldn't have to take... I also just remembered that my husband found somewhere on the government website a "tip" that the 2x2 picture is actually 600x600 pixels (that would suggest DPI of 300), but I can't find that page anymore. I feel like this should not be this hard... Thank you, any help will be appreciated (I just dont wanna get an RFE because of something silly like that)
