US Immigration from Czech Republic

I'm gonna fly from Istanbul to Miami or Chicago, not sure which one yet. Does anyone have experience with the quarantine ather an international flight? I will need to stay a night in Miami or Chicago before my departure to the final destination. I want to undertake a quarantine if needed in my final destination.

Hi. Has anyone dealt with getting a proof of entry in Croatia? I'm thinking to travel by bus since it is the cheapest so I can't get a stamp at the airport. I'm trying to find out where to go to get this proof for the CBP officers.

I'm thinking to travel to the US soon. The country I'm from is on the ban list. I'm planning to travel out of the Schengen area to Croatia and fly out from Serbia to JFK. I will stay in Croatia and Serbia for 15 days before my departure.

I know I won't be the case of the presidential proclamation. However, I'm afraid of the immigration officers. Has someone done this? We're they been let in the country? Also are the officers being really strict? I have belongings in the US and some unfinished business since my J1 was unexpectedly canceled due to COVID and I was forced to leave quickly. I also have a boyfriend in the US who I haven't seen for 4 months. However, I don't know if I should mention that since they might think I want to stay there.

Me and my BF have been in a LDR for over 2 years now and we want to get married soon-ish so that I can immigrate not too long after I'll finish my school (we are proably going to do CR-1). Problem is - if we get married in either my/ his country, the other ones family will be offended as neither have the time/ resources to travel across the ocean (I'm Czech) and there's a few other reasons why it's not ideal. So now we're thinking of going somewhere nice (in the US, like a National Park or something similar; after the travel ban is lifted obviously) and getting married as only just the two of us. I'd be ok with it, except I'm worried we already have too many things that could potentionally hurt our case:

He has a decent salary for his area (Iowa), but its nothing compared to the rest of the country, I will have just finished bachelor's = very little savings and no job experience (but no debt), we don't want "traditional" lifestyle like getting a loan for a house, we'll rather built a small house ourselves with no debt and we don't really plan on having a joint account (even though I've been thinking we could open an account together and have it for groceries or something, for the sake of evidence) and he is considering quitting his job in about a year and moving to a different state (because of zoning laws and other things). I feel like being a long-distance couple puts us already at a disadvantage, because our proof will consist of pictures, flight tickets, Skype chat logs and letters from our friends/families, so I don't know if the lack of a "traditional" wedding (in the sense that we'll have both of our families there and a bunch of pictures from the event) is going to be a deal breaker or not...?
