We filed our K-1 application August 9, 2022. The CSC is now processing August 17, 2022. When should we start to panic if we don't hear anything from the CSC?

Can anyone recommend a service with certification to translate birth certificates from Spanish to English?

On question regarding evidence it is asking for "Proof of Marriage to the Child's mother"

Has anyone had experience with this, is getting a copy of a marriage certificate as easy as going to the official marriage certificate department and requesting a copy?

Also, I was married in Cuba. Can my daughter request it?

So there was an oversight on the AOS packet for my step son. We filled out all the forms but missed the applicant signature on the i-765 for the minor child. Uscis has rejected the application and sent it back to us. Now my question is do we have to print a new copy or can we just sign the one that was rejected and mail it back. See the attached image.

I sent off the AOS packet for my now Wife and her son. My wife does have a social but I was told that the K2 could not get a SSN until after the AOS process was approved.

Is this true
