US Immigration from Cuba

Hello, I have been with my fiance for almost 3 years now, and we are starting to plan applying for the K-1 Visa. The thing is, I'm not really sure where to start. He lives in Cuba, so I feel like things might be a little more complicated. I have a couple of questions and it would be really helpful if anyone had answers.

1. Should I pay someone to help me with the process or do it myself?

2. I am aware of most of the things that should be included in the application, but how should it be put together to send? (Binder, folder, etc.)

3. Are single-status affidavits required?

4. In terms of conversation screenshots, what kind of things are they looking to see?

5. Do documents, like the Cuban birth certificate, have to be translated?

Does any one know if it because more difficult to bring a child after the fiancee if we dont use the K2 for the child.

In this case my fiancee would like to come in on the K1 visa etc.. we marry and start the status adjustment process , job permit, residence and everything else the immigration process involves. If we dont use the K2 visa option how long will it be before my fiancee can file application to bring her child to the USA.

I need some clarification.

I am the US sponsor for my Cuban fiancee. We have received the NOA2 and everything is progressing smoothly, so far. I am gathering all the documents needed for the next step and she is doing her part too...but my questions are regarding the interview date and flights.

1) Interview date - Who schedules this? The US Embassy in Guyana? The sponsor? Is it done when completing the DS-160? It's not clear to me who does this and when it should be done.

2) Logistics of flights - Let's say we fly to Guyana and the interview goes well and the visa is approved and she can fly to the U.S. Ideally, I would like to fly her straight to the U.S. from Guyana. However, there is the chance that the visa is not approved, of course. Logistically, how can I schedule flights? Buy refundable tickets? Do I buy RT tickets from Cuba/Guyana AND tickets from Cuba/Guyana/USA?

Does Cuban Adjustment Act applies to beneficiaries entering to US using K1 visas?

I'm supper exited just to hear something from USCIS, even if they just sent an RAE. This shows that we are being looked at and soon as I give them what they ask for the NOA-2 should be approved..

Question: is there anyway to find out what they are requesting before the letter arrives in the mail? I tried checking in my inbox but all I get is the automated RAE saying I should receive something in the mail by Feb.28th...
