Apologies if this has been asked a million times, but since the US entry bans for aliens were instated at the beginning of the pandemic, have k-1 visa holders from those banned countries been denied entry? What about k-1 holders from countries which are not banned?

I apologise if there is a topic regarding this already, I wasn't able to find it.

My wife and I submitted the I-130 in May 2019, and we finally got an update 2 weeks ago. However, it does not say if the petition was approved or not, it says "Case was received at my local office".

I would be grateful if someone could tell me what exactly this means. It has been like that since March 16th without further updates or notifications.

I m applying for a spouse-based green card, so I m submitting I-130, I-130A, I-864, I-485, and I-944. At the same time, I m filing I-765 and I-131. Do all these forms go to the same office? In other words, can all the forms be a part of one big package or are there better ways to do this? I noticed I could file some forms online, but not all of them, any thoughts on that? I was planning to send everything via regular mail, but now this question regarding one or multiple locations popped up.

In addition, maybe a silly question, but... Can I print pictures as a proof of a bona fide marriage, e.g. 2 pics per page, with captions beneath each pics, or should these be printed as actual pictures on photo paper?

My spouse is self employed, what should he put there?

I have been getting mixed opinions and views and they are confusing me!

If my current income is as stated on my most recent tax return (2019) should i put that number there or just leave it blank?

some people are telling me to just guess a number.. how? My husband has no clue after defuctions what will his income be..

I would appriciate some inmput!
