US Immigration from Croatia

Hi everyone! We got an RFE stating that it could not be determined if the petitioner qualifies for I-864. We found a joint sponsor. I have a couple of questions.

1. We are resending last three years of tax return transcripts for the petitioner, and are including last three years of tax return transcripts for our joint sponsor, who is not married. Are tax return transcripts from the IRS website enough without adding W2s either for the petitioner or for the joint sponsor?

2. Just to double check, for the I-864 Part 6 questions 24a, 24b, 24c, we use the Total Income line from the tax transcripts from the first section Income, and not the Adjusted Gross Income line from the next section Adjustments to Income?

3. We included 12 months of bank statements for the petitioner's assets. We found conflicting answers whether to include all the pages of each bank statement (generic info, card transactions...) or just the relevant ones. We decided to include all of them, since each bank statement is numbered, so we assume leaving something out would be submitting incomplete documents. It can't hurt, right?

we sent our application back in October 2020 (sent Oct 29th and NOA1 date is Nov 2nd 2020). We are still waiting for our NOA2 that might be in the next 2-3 weeks. I am croatian living and working in Germany (hence why we put Germany as our whised interview destination in our I129f). Because of the backlog in Frankfurt, I would like to transfer our case to the embassy in Croatia. I already contacted them to see if they want to take my case when the time comes and they responded me that they don t see any problem with it. I also contacted NVC because I was not sure what else do I need to do except contacting croatian embassy, but the only answer I got from them was :"Thank you for your inquiry. Our records do not show that we received your petition."

Do you guys have any idea what should I do?

I must say I HATE the new automated system. How are "all representatives are busy right now" even a thing as no one can seem to get through to one! I know my case status was transferred but am trying to find out where it was transferred to! Cant get a hold of anyone and all it does if the automated system cant help you is go "I'm sorry I cant assist you good bye" and disconnects the call. Im trying to be patient but looking at the dates currently being processed on the processing area of this site my case should have already been processed even with COVID a while ago!

My husband and I have our interview tomorrow to adjust his status from K1 to green card holder. We filed in Sept 2019 so did not have to submit the I-944 public charge form. I ve seen some couples get RFEs for this form at their interview even though they filed I-485 prior to the rule requiring I-944. Does anyone have government documentation showing when this rule originally took effect? I can t find it online and would like to print it from a government website and bring it as proof it is NOT required for us.

We filed for AOS over a month ago and still haven't received our NOA1 (also no text/email, we filed G1145). The package says it was delivered January 7th. We are moving on the 15th of February but aren't able to change the address online because we don't have our case number yet. I emailed the lockbox address but no response... Emma isn't of any help and the phone number is automated and won't let me talk to a person... any advice? Thank you
