US Immigration from Croatia

Hi All! I filed N400 because I was eligible, but my Green Card has the wrong resident since date. My resident since date says 09/27/2017 and it should state 05/17/2019. Will this be an issue at the time of the interview?

I applied for citizenship earlier in 2022 because I didn't know my residence since date was wrong. At the time of interview (in NYC FO), the IO told me that I didn't have to file the I-90 if I didn't want to because I would be eligible to re-apply soon and it wouldn't harm my future application. Still I was worried now that it might be an issue, since I have moved and am living in Chicago.

My N-400 interview is getting close and I have a removal of conditions pending. I was wondering if I have to print the full bank statements of just the first page. Our 1 bank statement has around 10 pages so I would end up printing around 200 pages or even more of statements just to prove a bonafide marriage

I live in the US and my fianc is residing in Croatia. The plan is for him to become an American citizen and stay in the US, however, he and I are stuck as how to proceed with this. We ve been debating whether or not we should do the K1 visa or the spousal visa. We are leaning more towards getting married in Croatia and then going through with the spousal visa, yet we don t know the steps to take to achieve this. What are the pros and cons for both K1 and spousal visa? Croatia requires my documents to be legally translated to Croatian. Is it best to just hire a lawyer for this kind of thing? I know sometimes it delays the oath when you request a name change, I was wondering if anyone from NY based FOs requested a name change, and how long it took for the oath to be scheduled? Thank you in advance

I have a big problem with our case if someone could help. My family applied for a diversity visa and we were randomly chosen this year. 3 of us received a diversity visa and my husband was denied. We were supposed to enter the States by Sept 9th and we did not do that because of my husband. We have a 7 year old daughter and 1 year old son.

The reason why my husband was rejected is that he had a criminal record about 13,14 years ago for selling drugs. But the thing is that his brother was selling drugs and in order to lower his brother's sentence, my husband went to jail because of him. The sentence was at least 3 years and my husband received 1 year and because of good behavior, they let him go out from prison after nine months. His brother was in jail for 3 years. So, every time we apply for a tourist visa, he gets denied. We did that twice and we told the truth but at the interview at the American embassy, they just reject his visa. The same thing happened with a Diversiy visa. So my question is will he ever be able to enter the us and what steps we need to do to make it work? I was really in shock this past summer because for them, he is criminal and we do not know how to change this. We even sent several emails to the Embassy and asked them many questions such as will he ever be able to enter? After how many years but the never replied to us. If we can get any advice, i would really appreciate it.

I lived in Gainesville, Florida for my high school education and i have a diploma from the Rochester institute of technology, in hotel and resort industry. Now, I work for the reservations office for sheraton and the westin hotel chains. My husband works in sales for British american tobacco.
