Hello, On June first we received our NOA2 from USCIS saying that our case was approved, 30 days later we sent a NVC inquiry asking if they received our case. However they stated that they haven't received it yet. On August 1th we sent another inquiry asking the same question again and we received two different answers this time. On August 6 we reveived that our case was under revision On August 7 we received another answer but this time saying that they dont have a record of receiving our approved pettion from USCIS, and that they will contact them to determine the location of our petition. As anyone been through the same situation? is this normal or should we be worried about it?

Good morning all! So, do you know if secondary processing always happens on the first entry into the US? My husband arrived in Austin July 25th for his first time on his CR1 Visa. They asked him about fruits plants meat and took his fingerprints. Also asked for our address here in the US. I was under the impression they would then take him to another area for secondary inspection and to "activate" him. But, they just stamped his passport and notated CR1 With 1 year on it and sent him on thru to the international exit. Does anyone have experience not going thru secondary?!? I'm so confused. Another friend tells me I need to take him back to a POE. I called the customs in San Antonio and the office told me it was nornal, i confirmed that it was his first entry etc etc. But still worried and waiting on his SS card. Yes I did check the box on the application to generate that. Anyhow, any information or experience you might have with this would be much appreciated.

Hi there, I'm from Costa Rica and I entered the United States (MCO, FL) under a K1 visa on June 18th, 2023. I got married to my husband on July 7th, 2023 and we've been trying to apply for my adjustment of Status but I'm unable to get my "admission number" which is required for my adjustment of status form. If I go to the i-94 website I am able to see my travel history but I'm unable to see my "most recent I-94" which contains my admission number. I called many times to the CBP phone numbers (Orlando, FL) and also sent emails to the CBP support but I have not received any response. Does anyone know how can I get that number if it is not showing on the I-94 website? I'd appreciate any help with this, so I can start with the adjustment of status process. Best regards, Karol

Mynapuse entered the states on his cr1 visa 2 weeks ago. Can anyone help me with what case number do you use when tracking the green card production on the USCIS website? The one from the I130 or the NVC case number? I read you can track it on the USCIS online account but it just shows the case is closed. I also entered both case numbers on their tracking page but it doesn't return any results. Maybe it's too soon to be able to track it as well. I did pay the $220 fee immediately after his embassy interview. Thanks for any help or advice.

This may be a hard question to answer but I filed our I129F application in April of 2022. My fiance has 3 children all of which are listed in the application. Our petition was approved May 24th this year and we are now awaiting work word from the NVC on next steps. But my fiance's son is now 20 and turns 21 on October 9th. Does anyone know if we have not yet received their visas before his 21st birthday, will his age affect his visa approval. Hopefully this is a moot point and we have the interview date in time but I thought I might ask as the date is approaching rapidly.
