After Biometrics / Wait Time?

Hi all! Just looking for someone general understanding on timing for the process. N-400 was submitted in October and biometrics were done in November. Online, it says estimated complete date June 2020 and wait time (as of today) 4 months.

What all will happen next? I understand it sounds like we will get a letter with an appointment? Are the appointments usually scheduled close to the date the letter is sent?

Our birthdays are towards the end of April and we always celebrate abroad at my husband's home country with a two week trip. I'm worried the timing is going to cut it too close because while it says case completed June 2020, it also just says 4 months for action. Anyone know anything about how accurate the timing is online and just more clarity on what will happen next?

Thank you!

How do I answer this part If my joint sponsor files taxes married and jointly with his spouse, where it asks: "My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my federal income tax returns for the most recent years was:"

They don't file 1040EZ, just the 1040, is this asking for their individual income meaning I need their W-2s to find this out or what? Do the both of them have the same amount since they file jointly?

I'm so confused and stressed, please help.

Got a RFE about not meeting the 125% poverty guideline. What to do now?

Hello lovely people of VJ, I come here once again to ask for your help (sorry for being so bothersome lol)

Recently we got a RFE because my husband does not meet the 125% poverty guideline for our household (long story, he meets them now but he hasn't been working for his current company for over 6 months)

We're not really worried because his parents can help us but here's where my questions come in:

1. Can we use both of his parents income to support our case or is just 1 enough/the only allowed thing? I've read that you can have 2 co sponsors but that unless the first one doesn't make enough either then you can have another co sponsor.

2. Does my husband have to send again an I 864 of his own? Or is it just the co sponsor this time around who sends an i-864?

3. If the both of them can be used, does the other sponsor need to fill out i-864A? Or do they also fill out i-864A?

Thank you very much to anyone that replies, while we know that the situation is pretty much under control the whole thing is kinda nerve wracking as this could mean me not being able to stay here and other unpleasant scenarios...

Hi Everyone!

I was redirected to this forum by a poster on Reddit Immigration, I'm hoping I can get some guidance as to what to do as I am completely overwhelmed by everything I've read.

I am a US Citizen living as a permanent resident in Costa Rica since 2014, I have been married for 5 years to a Costa Rican Citizen, I have a ten year old son who is not his. My family lives in South Florida and I sponsored my mother 10 years ago to live in the US, which she currently does as a permanent resident.

We have decided as a family that we want to attempt getting my husband's US residency and move to Florida to be closer to my family. My questions are as follows:

1. Can I file I-130 in Costa Rica? Via DCF? Is DCF available in Costa Rica?

2. When filing Affidavit of support, how do I prove I want to reestablish domicile in the US? We plan to live with my aunt while I find a job.

3. Can I do this at the US Embassy in Costa Rica?

4. Should we file in US, for an adjustment of status? He currently has a B1/B2 visa.

Guys any help/guidance, reading material is greatly appreciated. I am so overwhelmed I want to cry, we really want to move to Florida but want to do it legally, and have no clue how to do it.
