Confusion about Interview |

We received an email from the NVC February 24 scheduling our interview for March 11 at 11:30 am. As you can see here: I emailed the San Jose consulate to verify whether or not we needed apostilles or translations after someone said we did but all of the paperwork said we didn't, and they replied yesterday: Then this morning, I received an email from San Jose, Consular 36 "consular36@state.gov" that says this: But our interview is already scheduled and we were already told that it is not required to have apostille or translation. Please advise, this is making me extra nervous considering we have less than 24 hours before interview.

On the Department of State guide to interview preparation and what to bring, it specifically says "you do not need to bring Affadavit of Support or financial documents that you uploaded to NVC site to your interview" but the guide here says you should. Do we need to bring that? Do I need to bring all of the relationship evidence to the interview that I uploaded for the original I-130 petition? We are super nervous and don't want to mess it up. And we only have 15 days as they just sent the interview date email today and the interview is March 11. Any suggestions or help would be great! Edit: Part of why I'm asking about whether it's required - I will have to overnight the AoS and financial documents to Costa Rica right now if he needs those documents because as I mention above, we only have 15 days to prepare.

Hi everyone, Just a quick question--how did you guys present your evidence for the I-751? I am the USC, and I am the one putting together the ROC application since my husband is not fluent in English. I have put together all the evidence and am writing small summaries/explanations for the various sections, etc., and I find I am writing everything from my point of view. I am just wondering if this is strange, considering it's technically my husband's application, or is it sort of standard operating procedure? I've tried writing in the third person, but it feels kind of strange and impersonal. So I'm just wondering what other have done/what are your opinions on the matter? Thanks!

I recently moved. My old address is on my I-130 but my new address was on my Affidavit of Support and documented as my husband's address he intends to live at. Do I need to submit the address change form, considering the NVC paperwork has the correct address? Thanks!

My EAD expired in Feb 5th and I (foolishly so) sent my EAD renewal packet in January and they got it in the lockbox on the 27th but no word from USCIS yet (not even the text) When me & my husband filed our AOS packet I remember we got a pretty speedy NOA1 for everything we sent. Does anybody know if this is normal?
