Hello- I know this has been asked a million times, but due to COVID, I am being extra careful. We have a trip back home (international) planned for August. We just received the NOA1 for the I751. I called USCIS to see if I needed a stamp, but she was adamant that a stamp is only for expiring extension letters and that my info pass request will likely be denied because I don t need a stamp. I initially worried that biometrics won t be completed, but she reassured me that biometrics doesn t actually matter in regard to travel with the extension. Has anyone traveled internationally since COVID started with their expired GC and extension letter? Any issues? Thank you in advance

K-1 questions After doing some research on the official site and online, these items are what needs to be included with the K-1 application. Did I miss anything? -Proof of citizenship (petitioner, me) -passport copy (both people) -proof of relationship (photos, chats, letters) -Passport photo (both people) -proof of meeting within two years (plane tickets etc) -statement of intent to marry within 90 days For the copy of the passport do they mean just picture part or do we need to copy every page of the passport? Also for my fiance, she is from Venezuela but currently living in Costa Rica, she was mentioning something about getting some kind of international seal on her birth certificate. Is that something thats necessary? Thanks!

CR-1 Visa Approved! Zoom Ceremony. My husband and I married through Utah Online marriage ceremony in September 2020. I visited him in Costa Rica in October 2020 and filed for the CR-1. Our I-130 was approved January 29, 2021. We were DQ in the NVC on February 16, 2021 and received our interview date on February 24th. My husband passed his interview this morning and now we await his passport and POE in the coming weeks.

We received an email from the NVC February 24 scheduling our interview for March 11 at 11:30 am. As you can see here: I emailed the San Jose consulate to verify whether or not we needed apostilles or translations after someone said we did but all of the paperwork said we didn't, and they replied yesterday: Then this morning, I received an email from San Jose, Consular 36 "consular36@state.gov" that says this: But our interview is already scheduled and we were already told that it is not required to have apostille or translation. Please advise, this is making me extra nervous considering we have less than 24 hours before interview.

On the Department of State guide to interview preparation and what to bring, it specifically says "you do not need to bring Affadavit of Support or financial documents that you uploaded to NVC site to your interview" but the guide here says you should. Do we need to bring that? Do I need to bring all of the relationship evidence to the interview that I uploaded for the original I-130 petition? We are super nervous and don't want to mess it up. And we only have 15 days as they just sent the interview date email today and the interview is March 11. Any suggestions or help would be great! Edit: Part of why I'm asking about whether it's required - I will have to overnight the AoS and financial documents to Costa Rica right now if he needs those documents because as I mention above, we only have 15 days to prepare.
