My case is 213 days and counting, also is on Kansas processing center, I filled online back in May 2021, it says processing times are 9.5 months to 15.5 months, any better luck than mine on this processing Center?

My green card expired in September and they sent it back because they didn t approve the waiver. Now I m checking and seems price changed. It s 590 for total? Or 590$ plus 85$ Biometrics?

We got an RFE for our adjustment of status due to proof of income requirements not being met and they can't determine my spouse is qualified as my sponsor.

Her taxable income is $23706.
We included the most recent year of taxes and she made $36106 gross income and ever got a pay increase recently, are they looking at gross or taxable income?

Her W2s were included and we don't know if the issue might be that her company changed names in the middle of the year.

We live with her mom but she is not a dependant as she has her own job so we put our household as 2 and we believe she does meet the income requirement.

Is this a mistake on their part or are we really not meeting the requirements?

I did not see another topic that was recent for a certain service center....I just learned my I-130 was apparently assigned to Potomac even though my paperwork online and in the mail showed Nebraska. That changes the processing time dramatically. I am looking for others that are in the Potomac service center and/or those who have recently been approved via that center and how long they had to wait. This whole process sure is full of up and down emotions.....especially when you see the official estimated processing times on USCIS's website.

So so annoyed although I know I have no control over it. All I can do it wait...but dang it is so hard.
