here is the situation. My wife and i fought on June 2019. there is no police report. She is claming physcal abuse. She has whatsapp conversation where i am telling her that i am going to buy her a plane ticket to go back home to colombia. We got back together in July 2019. My wife left me again in septmber right after she got her green card. My wife got her green card on september 12th of 2019. Two days later she left me again. We lived in an appartment and she removed herself from the lease. I have proof she is no longer on the lease then after.

We got back together in December of 2019. During january of 2020, we had an argument and she is clamming emotional distress, physical abuse and psychological estress. She is currently living in my appartment, last night she called the cops on me because she felt threatened and wanted to sleep. There was no police report on the domestic disturbance. We are now sleeping in seprate rooms. She is calling immigration tomorrow and is telling me she will be filing a VAWA case against me. I am the USC. I need to know what i am up against. I want to evict her from my apartment but she has nowhere to go. I do not want ICE or immigration after me or be tried as an abuser (mental physical or pyschological). She is going to the doctor for therapy and psychological help. She says i stress her and i cause her to go into panic mode. I do not know what to do here.

- She has her temporary green card since september 2019.

- I will not grant her permanent status.

-She will not leave the house, her name is not on the lease.

- she is asking for $3000 for her to leave.

-She is claming emotional physical mental and economical abuse.

I want her gone so i can divorce her.

Can anyone offer some feedback regarding my response to Part 2 - Question 54 - Circumstances of Meeting In Person?

I started my response by describing our first meeting which occurred during the last 2 years. Then I briefly listed the dates and cities we have met in since then in the Part 8 supplement (see below). At the end of the Part 8 Supplement, I reference a letter which goes into further detail.

In the "Evidence of meeting in person / of an ongoing relationship " letter, I delve into just a little bit of detail regarding where we stayed and what we did during the trip - including receipts for hotels, museums, etc. And I'm also attaching pictures of us during these activities.

My specific question is regarding the Evidence of Meeting in Person letter. I titled the letter "Evidence of In-Person Meeting in the last 2 years, and of an Ongoing Relationship". Do I need to reference this letter differently in Part 8, or title it differently?

Part 2 - Question 54
"Beneficiary" and I met on Tinder in mm/yyyy when I was in __city____, Colombia for a business trip followed by vacation. We messaged for about 10 days before meeting for the first time on mm/dd/yyyy.

We met four more times that week. After I left __city___, we texted every day and also had video calls. During this time we both agreed that we were not interested in dating other people. We then met in __other_city____ from mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy, and in __original_city____ again from mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy. Additional details are provided in the "Evidence of Meeting in Person" letter.

My fianc has four visa denials, three for the tourist and the last on in 12/218 for a student visa, section code 214B, for not having enough ties to return to Colombia. What bearing, if any, do previous denials have on the I129F/K1 process and approval? Do we need to be able to address and explain them? When her and I did the report of birth abroad at the embassy for our son, the interviewer knew about her previous denials and when I asked if we should try again for the tourist visa, her response was no. Just go for the k1.

Passing background checks, showing evidence of our relationship, paperwork completed and in order with no additional information is needed, and my ability to support the three of us, is the K1 a pretty sure thing? I just hope they re not as stringent as the tourist, work, and other types of non immigrant visas.

Can anyone tell me if the below outfit is acceptable for the passport-style photo? One of the requirements is that a military uniform is not worn. This is not a military uniform, but it has a similar style which could be mistaken for one. My fiance is in Colombia, and I don't think their military uniforms look like this, but I just want to confirm if it could be a problem.
