US Immigration from Colombia

Does anyone know why the TSC dates for i130 approvals seem to be going back in time? Last week it said they were approving cases from the first week of August and now it's all the way back to July 22nd. Any ideas? My receive date is August 8th. So close!

I received a traffic speed ticket a couple year ago. My attorney brought the charges down to a non moving traffic violation. Do I include that on my citizenship application?
Question # 23 ask about citations, arrests and detentions, is this considered a citation? I am not sure how to answer that question.

Received an email from Visa Journey with an estimated date of approval for the NOA2 of 03/29/2020. Was wondering how accurate this might be if others can share their insight. NOA1 was 12/5/2020, and hope that our NOA2 isn t done by 6/11/2020 as estimated by USCIS.

My fiance entered the US thru Dallas on 02/17/20 with me. The agent took the sealed packet,took her right hand fingerprints, a picture, stamped some documents from the packet and her visa/passport.Didnt asked a single question and said "welcome to the US" ......are we missing something? He didnt even take the medical Packet. I was looking on how to get the I94 and it says she needs to report to port of entry within 7 days upon requesting the I94.....Im confused.

our appointment at the embassy of bogota is in 3 weeks and im a bit concerned they may reject me because of my social media. i dont have anything bad, but i have a lot of followers (50k) on my instagram where i post lots of pics (including with my bf of course but he doesnt like too much). if anything, i have posted several times on my histories about politics on how much i dislike communsim. i dont know if they would be concerned . my fear is that many of the people who follow me are from the US and i am very concerned they may think it is silly for someone to post selfies on instagram where random people she doesnt knows sees them
