US Immigration from Colombia

I'm a US citizen and I'm applying for my older sister, just her, not her adult children (she is divorced). When the form asks for information on her husband or children do I need to complete that information even though I'm not claiming them? thanks

Hi! this is a for applicants in Colombia, as you know for a spouse visa we need to take a medical exam and show your vaccination certificate, I lost mine long time ago so I am aware that I will need to get most of the vaccinations all over again, but I want to know if someone call tell me how much did you pay for the exam and the vaccinations? I just want to be prepared because I have a feeling it is going to be a good amount, so I will appreciate if someone can give this information! Thank you

Quiero saber cuanto pagaron por el examen medico, yo no tengo mi carnet de vacunacion asi que se que tendre que aplicarme algunas de las vacunas y solo quiero estar prepara porque siento que el examen sera algo costoso, asi que agradeceria si alguien puede ayudarme con esta informacion. Anyone else in Colombia doing the I129F? NOA1 was 12/5 and am waiting for the NOA2. Curious as to where others are in the process.

Because I'm on the road 18 days a month, and when I'm off for the other days, I go to Colombia to see my fianc and son as we share an apartment there. One of my parents wrote me a rental agreement for the K1 visa for my fianc . Is this good enough to establish proof of residency in the US? Do the embassies frown upon rental agreement from parents? Aside from bank statements, and maybe a copy of my car's registration, is there another way of proving physical presence in the US?

Does the I94 gets issued automatically or do I request it? I went to the website to request one.....and when you click on port of entry via airport it doesnt give me a option to request....however if I click via land it does gives an option.
