Hello and hope everyone is well. Has anyone has seen any updates on their I-130 Petitions in February, March or April? Last update on our petition was February 24 saying "In Process" and still "Under Review" so I was wondering if USCIS is completing petitions during these challenging times. Our priority date is November 5, 2019 and we're hopeful the I-130 is approved before July 2020 within the 7-8 month time frame. All the best.

Hi all, I just wanted to post to see if anyone is going through a similar problem with receiving information regarding their case. We filed back in Feb 23, 2019 and received the NOA 1 on March 18th. After 3 years of being together, we were extremely happy that we at least we go the process rolling. After a year of continuous waiting we found out on Feb 10, 2020 we were transferred to Vermont and so we thought that we would surely be receiving the NOA2 the following month. Fast forward to today, we have yet to receive any type of notification on our status as we see many other applicants receive their notifications before us. This has led to obviously some sadness as well as doubts between us on this whole process. We just wanted to know if there are any other applicants going through this same issue. I look forward to hearing some of your answers.

B1/B2 to Spouse Visa. Is this possible? An immigration lawyer quoted us $4000 and a 4 month process. Would she be able to begin working during the process? Could we start a business together? I married (Civil Union) my wife in Colombia 1.5 years ago. She is a civil engineer so I want to get her a job asap in Texas. We entered the US in NY from Paris on March 3rd. We got married here in Texas on March 19. This wasn't our intention when we entered the US. We were deciding between going back to Colombia or trying to get an HB1 visa for her to work. Things got hairy and now we are just trying to ride out this situation at my parents house. Thank you for your wisdom. May god bless you and your family.
