I130 APPROVED for USA-COLOMBIA! Question about NVC..

Hello All!

I am so elated because I received notice that our I130 was approved (US Citizen petitioning Colombian husband)!!!!!

49 days!!!!! Wow. This was A LOT faster than I expected during this pandemic and for a US/Colombia CR-1 Visa.

I would like to know if someone could clarify this for me, perhaps I'm confused.

My NOA1 stated that I would be sent to Texas, but in my acceptance notification it seems that I'm being send to New Hampshire? I was told to reach out in a month about tracking my case as well.

"The above petition has been approved. As the petitioner requests, we have sent the petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC),
32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909. The NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action. It also determines
which consular post is the appropriate consulate to complete visa processing. The NVC will then forward the approved petition to that consulate.
The NVC will contact the beneficiary of this petition with further information about immigrant visa processing steps."

I would appreciate any advice! THANK YOU ALL!

Hey guys, I need help with my fiance's K1 visa

We had the interview at Bogota's embassy in Colombia. We had the visa K1 interview on January 14th, 2020. We were only missing the I-864 and I-864A since we had filed the wrong form, I-134 or at least that's what the counsulate told us. He said that we just needed to send those forms to the embassy's email and that my fiance's visa would be 'most likely' approved. We sent the forms we were missing on January 17th, 2020, but to this date, April 27th, 2020, we still have no answer or update on our case. I've called the embassy 2 or 3 times and they have told me that I have no updates on our case and that if anything the embassy will send me an email. It's almost going to be 4 months and we still get no answer, is it normal that they take so long ? Also on the CEAC page where you check the status of our case, it says they are ready for the interview but when I called to ask about it since they havent sent me an email, they told me again there were no updates. Honestly I know we have to be patient but this is really confusing and dont know if we missed something else. Is it normal that it is taking this long for the embassy to give any update?

Thanks for the help!

I arrived to the US two months ago and we are now about to submit the AOS. We filled out all of our k1 visa paperwork using a specific address in Ohio. We are now in the process of selling that house and will be living in another property we own in the same state but nearby city. Do we need to update anything now, or can we submit paperwork or then adjust?

Spouse sent to NVC to start processing- Daughter I-130 still not approved should i wait for the daughter to also be approved and sent to NVC?

The question is should I wait to pay the fees on my spouse and start her NVC Process until our daughter is approved on the I-130 and pay both at the same time? Or should I just start the NVC and pay the fees for my spouse. Is it better to wait till both cases are sent to the NVC? Then begin both the processes at the same time? I am not sure there was a month delay in submitting the daughter's I-130 and are still waiting on her approval.

Hi,

I am currently trying to file N-400 online. However, when I reach to the step where I have to upload the Required Evidence, there is no place for me to upload! Only I can upload documents under the tab for Additional Evidence.

Does anybody has similar experience? I am not sure how can I solve this, because I am sure I shouldn't submit my form without Required Evidence

Thank you everybody for your help!
