US Immigration from Colombia

Hi!

I got married in Colombia and because I was working here, I have a Cedula Extranjer a or foreigner ID with my work visa. I am a US citizen but just wanted to know if other US citizens had their foreign ID listed on their marriage certificate when applying for the I130 petition.

the notary insisted I use my foreigner ID and indeed asked for my US passport and took a copy of it for the application but my US passport number isn t on the marriage certificate.

I recently got my NOA2 for a K1 visa on April 20, 2020 with a valid date from 4/20 to 8/19. My fianc is from Colombia. Due to the coronavirus, Colombia is banning all international flights until August 31 (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-latam-airlines/colombia-follows-argentina-in-banning-all-international-flights-through-august-31-idUSKBN22W2T8). Is this going to be an issue on the approval notice validity date? What exactly do I have to do to extend this?

I was really hoping to have my fianc join me as soon as possible but now I'm unsure if it'll even be this year.

We sent my husband's AOS package last Tuesday (May 12th) and the lockbox received the package on Friday and yesterday (Monday, May 18th) the lockbox processed the payment for the 1225. I wasn't expecting the payment to be processed the following business day, which is great to see... but does that mean they accepted the package and we should expect NOA1? I'm hoping we don't run into any roadblocks.

I received a RFE letter asking for the most recent tax documents from my US spouse and a new I-864 form in order to continue with my case. Due to corona virus, my wife got laid off from work and she can't get an employment verification letter at the moment. My question is, should we go ahead and submit the I-864 without the employment verification letter? should we write a letter explaining why she is unemployed?

My sister entered with an B1 visa on 2011, never renewed. she got married with an US citizen a couple months ago, and now she wants to apply for a permanent residence.

A paralegal is helping her with the papers and forms that they need to file, my question is: does my sister need to apply for a new EAD or just renew it?
