US Immigration from Chile

So my mother is going to be my husband's financial sponsor. Her income alone is sufficient, so we did not include his assets in the form. He is the only beneficiary. How do we answer Part 6 Question 22? Thank you!!

Hi, I got an email from the US embassy in Chile, saying I need to fill the DS-160 form and also schedule the interview. The only date avaible is Jan 17, which makes me nervous since is December 23 already. Tried to get another date but they said I would need to wait until March to get another appointment if I wanted. Can't wait that long because my contract ends up in February and I rather have a job at the interview moment.

My question is: How long does it takes to get the medical examination results to give in the interview? Does anyone know what is the cost of the gonorrea exam and other extra as vaccines?

Since I dont have any document that certifies that I have my vaccines, I think I will have to get them all so I'm trying to figure out the cost it will have. The doctor's secretary did not give much information when I asked about all this.

Hello! We have made it to scheduling the medical and interview at the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile. My question is: One of the required documents to be completed and presented at Carlos' interview is the Affidavit of Support Form I-864. This is not a problem because I have completed and will be sending it to Carlos. But...I also see for the instructions of the I-864 form that the completed form should be sent to the Chicago Lockbox. My question is should I do that as well or only follow the instructions that were given to us by the US Embassy in Chile. Please advise.

Hypothetically speaking:

We are about to start ROC for my husband. We did not petition for his son as he did not have custody. If custody were granted to him while in ROC or after he receives his 10 year GC can he petitioned for his son to come to the US?

Hello! We received our 2nd Notice of Action on October 30,2019 for the K-1 fiance visa which stated that our papers were now moving on to the NVC to be processed. The I-797 NOA2 advised 30 days before contacting NVC if we had no correspondence with them. Well, it is past 30 days and no word from NVC yet. I went on to the NVC website where they listed a number to call. The number was out of service. I then filled out an online inquiry about our case which after completing it said that NVC is currently responding to email inquiries from October 30th!!!! I just sent my inquiry in to NVC ...so now I have no idea how to proceed. Our Approval notice from USCIS is valid until 02/29/2020 and I am afraid if we will make that time line . According to the notice I received NVC should have been in contact with me with 30 days. Sad and scared. Has anyone else experienced such a delay after the 2nd NOA was approved for our petition? Very unsure what to do besides what I have already done to reach NVC. Does anyone have a working telephone number for them?? UGH!
